Book-a, our crowdfunding platform for editors has been chosen for the broadcast event of creative ideas that will be held on September 20th in the CICUS of Seville.

Book-a is a cloud-shared infrastructure based on books, technology and crowdfunding. It was created with the aim of enhacing critical reflection on the environments we inhabit and the ways we experience and transform them —from the point of view of different fields of practice and knowedledge. Paula Álvarez will participate as a speaker at the event, on behalf of Vibok Works.

The PechaKucha Global Night is a multidisciplinary event focused on the dissemination of original and revolutionary ideas seeking  for interactivity between participants and attendees for the development of new projects.

Among other initiatives selected for this fifteenth edition are RU Recolectores Urbanos, with its proposal Augmented Reality and interactive books, with whom we are precisely working on Book-a, and our colleagues The Club Express who present their cultural platform.

Pecha Kucha Sevilla presentation has a unique structure: it will be a challenge to expose Book-a through 20 images and in just six minutes and forty seconds. But best of this format is that we could be able to have a  talk with all the attendees and the rest of the speakers after the presentations in a relaxed way.
